Hi! I'm thig.

Create your Thig account

Create a Thig account with your name, work email and a password, confirm your email address, and get ready to add your first website.

Signing up takes about a minute. You need a name, a work email and a password. The trial and the Free plan need no credit card, and your core strategy documents are ready roughly ten minutes after you add your website.

Create the account

  1. Go to the sign up page. It is titled Create your account.
  2. Fill in the three fields:
    • Name: what Thig should call you (under 100 characters).
    • Work email: the address you will sign in with.
    • Password: choose something long and unique.
  3. Accept the terms of service and privacy policy.
  4. Click Create account.

If the email is already registered, Thig tells you and offers a link to log in instead.

Confirm your email

Thig sends a verification email right after sign up.

  1. Open the email and click the confirmation link.
  2. You land on a page that says Email confirmed.
  3. Click Continue to Thig.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. On the Check your inbox screen, click Resend verification email to get a fresh link. Each link works once.

Sign in later

Go to /login and enter your email and password. If you forget the password, use the forgot password link on the login page. Thig emails a single-use reset link.

Changing your password signs you out on every other device. That is useful if you think someone else has access. You can also review and sign out devices one by one in Settings, Devices.

Your profile

After you sign in, open Settings, Personalization to tell your CMO what to call you, what you do and which language to write in. Every chat and agent uses these details. See Usage and models for the model choices on the same screen.

Next step

Once you are signed in, Thig asks for your website. Continue with Add your website.
