Workspaces and team
Manage Thig workspaces, invite teammates by email or link, and understand what owners, admins and members can do.
A workspace is one website with its own strategy, agents, integrations and team. You can run several workspaces from one account and invite teammates to each one with a role.
Workspaces
Each website you add becomes a workspace. To manage them:
- Open Settings, Websites.
- Select a website to change its Name or Website URL.
- Use the workspace switcher in the top bar to move between workspaces.
Changing the URL can re-run onboarding to refresh your strategy. Every plan includes one website. On Starter and Pro you can add extra websites for $29 a month each.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the website |
| Admin | Invite people, change roles, manage integrations and settings |
| Member | Use agents, review and approve work, chat |
Only owners and admins can invite people or change roles. Seats are 1 on Free, 2 on Starter and 3 on Pro.
Who pays for a shared website
The owner's plan covers everyone on the website. When you join someone else's website, you work on their plan with their limits, even if your own account is on Free. Usage counts toward the owner's plan, and only the owner sees invoices and changes the plan.
In Settings, Billing, the Websites shared with you list shows each shared website, its plan and who pays for it. If you hit a limit there, ask the owner to upgrade.
Invite a teammate
- Open Settings, Team.
- Under Invite a teammate, enter their Email.
- Choose a Role: Admin or Member.
- Send the invite.
The invite appears under Pending invites. Your teammate joins after signing in with the invited email. You can also click Copy link and send the link yourself.
Manage members
- Change a role: pick a new role next to the member.
- Remove a member: click Remove member. They lose access, and their chat history and items stay with the website.
- Revoke an invite: click Revoke invite on a pending invite.
Delete a website or account
Open Settings, Account & Security, Danger zone:
- Delete website removes its strategy documents, agent items, runs, connectors, team and chat immediately.
- Delete account removes your account and every website you own. Websites you were invited to are not deleted.
Both actions cannot be undone and ask you to confirm.
Security tips
- Give teammates the Member role unless they need to manage integrations.
- Review Settings, Devices and use Sign out others if you see a device you do not recognise.
