Edit your company context
Context holds the company profile, competitors, strategy documents and content calendar every Thig agent reads. Learn how to edit and regenerate it.
Context is everything Thig knows about your business. It includes your company name, category, competitors, social profiles, strategy documents and content calendar. Every agent reads it before writing, so fixing a mistake here improves all future output.
Open Context
Click Context in the dock at the bottom of your workspace. The sidebar lists your company details, competitors and Documents.
Fix the company details
- Click the company name and choose Edit company name to change it.
- Under Category, use Add category to add or correct the category Thig detected.
- Use Add X and Add LinkedIn to add social profiles if onboarding did not find them.
Manage competitors
Thig finds competitors during onboarding. You stay in control of the list:
- To add one, click Add competitor and enter the Competitor name and Competitor domain, for example
acme.com. - To remove a wrong one, click Remove next to it. It will not come back on its own.
- To run the research again, click Re-research competitors.
The GEO and SEO agents use this list to compare your visibility and rankings.
Read and edit strategy documents
The Documents list contains Product Information, Design Guide, Competitor Analysis, Brand Voice, Marketing Strategy and Content Strategy.
- Click a document to open it in a side sheet.
- Edit the text directly. Your edits are saved as a new version.
- Use the Version menu to view earlier versions. Current marks the latest.
- Click Regenerate to rewrite the document with the latest context. Progress shows in the Agent Log.
Tip: if a document gets a fact wrong, correct it here rather than in each draft. The fix then reaches every agent.
Content calendar
The Content calendar is created at the end of onboarding from your Content Strategy. It plans articles, LinkedIn posts, Reddit posts, newsletters and videos across the coming weeks.
To rebuild it, open the calendar and click regenerate. Thig asks you to confirm, because planned items that are not approved yet are replaced. Approved items stay.
