Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to plans bought from Wizcoder AI Labs for Thig. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can try the product with a 14 day Pro trial and the Free plan before you pay anything, so the refund rule is simple: a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, and none after that.

Free trial

The trial needs no card and costs nothing. At the end it moves your workspace to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. You keep your data.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings, Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to Free. If you pay through a provider portal, you can also cancel there.

Refunds

• Ask within 14 days of your first paid charge and you get a full refund. This covers a first monthly or a first yearly payment. Email hello@thig.ai.
• After that 14 day window, payments are not refunded.
• Renewals are not refunded. Cancelling stops the next renewal, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.
• After you cancel, access continues to the end of the period you paid for. The rest of that period is not refunded.
• Extra website charges follow the same rules as the plan they belong to.
• The free 14 day trial needs no card, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the provider that took the payment (Stripe, Razorpay or Dodo Payments). It usually reaches you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
