Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Wizcoder AI Labs, 205 Shivalik Western, L.P. Savani Road, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat, 395009, India ("we", "us"), the operator of Thig. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Thig for a company, you accept these terms for that company and confirm you can bind it.

1. The service

Thig reads the websites you add and uses AI agents to draft marketing strategy, content, replies and technical suggestions. It is a digital service delivered online through your account. See Shipping and Delivery.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only add websites and connect accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Seats, teammates and their roles are managed by the workspace owner, who is responsible for them.

3. Approval and your responsibility

Thig is designed so that nothing is published to a connected channel until you approve it, unless you turn on auto-publish rules on a plan that includes them. Once you approve, publish or switch on auto-publish, you are responsible for that content and for following the law and the rules of each platform you post to. Reddit and Hacker News drafts are always posted by you.

4. AI output

Content is produced by AI models and can be wrong, out of date, repetitive or similar to content written for others. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, search ranking, traffic, sales or being cited by AI assistants. Review every draft before you approve it. Do not rely on it as legal, financial or medical advice.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you provide and, as between you and us, of the output generated for you. You give us a limited licence to process your content only to run the service for you. We do not use your private workspace data to train AI models.

6. Plans, free trial and billing

• Plans: Free, Starter and Pro, with the monthly limits shown on the pricing page. Starter is $49 a month, Pro is $99 a month, and paying yearly gives you two months free. Each extra website is $29 a month.
• Free trial: new accounts get 14 days of Pro with no card, limited to one trial per account and per website domain, with a cap on AI use. When it ends the workspace moves to Free unless you choose a paid plan. We do not charge you for the trial.
• Subscriptions and auto-renewal: paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. Your data is kept if you move to a lower plan.
• Cancelling: cancel any time in Settings, Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Payments and tax: payments are processed by Stripe, Razorpay or Dodo Payments depending on your country. Where Dodo Payments is used, it acts as merchant of record and is the seller for that payment. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required. If a payment fails we may pause paid features until it is fixed.
• Limits: each plan has monthly limits. When you reach one, that work pauses until the next period or until you upgrade.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end accounts that break it.

8. Third-party services

Connected services such as CMSs, social networks and Google products are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions, for example a platform limiting a post.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or retire features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to prevent harm. On termination, your right to use the service stops, and you can ask us to export or delete your data.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes by email or in the product before they apply.
