Try everything on Pro for 14 days with no card. Then keep Free, or pick Starter or Pro. Every plan runs on thig's own AI, so there are no keys to set up and no surprise usage bills.
Beta thig is in public beta, so plans, limits and features may still change as we build.

Every new account gets Pro for 14 days with no card. We send reminders on day 10 and day 13. There is one trial per account and per website domain, and it has a fair use cap on AI work so it cannot run up a bill.
Your workspace moves to the Free plan unless you pick a paid plan. You keep everything thig created. Paid features such as publishing, extra agents and higher limits pause until you upgrade.
Yes. Cancel from Settings, Billing. Your paid plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves to Free. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
Yes, in full, if you email hello@thig.ai within 14 days of your first paid charge. After that, payments are not refunded. Renewals are not refunded either, but cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the paid period. The 14 day trial needs no card, so there is nothing to refund for it.
Yearly plans cost 10 months for 12. Starter is $490 a year and Pro is $990 a year, in USD.
On Starter and Pro each extra website adds $29 a month. Each website gets its own strategy, brand voice, connections and limits.
We show prices in your local currency where we support it and charge in USD otherwise. Payments are handled by Stripe, Razorpay or Dodo Payments depending on your country. We never see or store your card number.
Prices exclude sales tax, VAT or GST. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout and shown on your receipt.
No. thig runs on its own AI keys on every plan, so there is nothing to set up and no separate AI bill.
Write to hello@thig.ai if you are a non-profit or an open-source project and we will see what we can do.
Paste your URL. You get core strategy documents and your first drafts, free. 14 day Pro trial, no card.
