Thig is a software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, carriers or delivery times to wait for. Wizcoder AI Labs delivers it digitally only.

How delivery works

Access is delivered instantly, online, in your browser, as soon as you create an account. We also email you to confirm your address and plan changes.
A new account starts a 14 day Pro trial straight away. No payment is needed for it.
When you buy a paid plan, it switches on within moments of the payment being confirmed by our payment provider. You receive a receipt by email.
The work Thig produces, such as strategy documents, drafts and images, appears in your workspace as it is generated. Setup usually takes about ten minutes.

If your plan does not switch on

Refresh the app and check Settings, Billing. If your payment went through and the plan is still not active after a few minutes, email hello@thig.ai with the receipt and we will fix it, or refund you under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
