See how Thig tracks AI usage by agent and model, how light and heavy tier models work, and how to choose models and plan monthly runs.
Thig records every AI run so you can see where tokens and estimated costs go. It routes quick tasks to a light model and deep work to a heavy model, and you can choose which models fill each tier.
Light and heavy tiers

Ask Thig shows this split too: quick replies use the light tier, strategy and long-form answers use the heavy tier.
Choose your models
- Open Settings, Personalization.
- Set the Light tier model and Heavy tier model.
Your model choice applies on plans that use your own AI key. On every other plan Thig picks the model for each task.
Available options:

On the same screen, set your Content language. Agents write in that language.
Read the Usage page
Open Settings, Usage and pick a website:
- Plan: the plan that applies to this website and when the period resets. On a website someone shared with you, this is the owner's plan.
- AI allowance: how much of this period's AI work is used, as a percentage.
- Usage this period: each agent's allowance, such as "12 of 30 posts this month", with a note when it is running low or used up.
AI is included in every plan, so there are no token counts or costs to watch.
Keep usage low
- Thig stores everything it generates and reads from storage first. It only calls AI when data is missing, you click Refresh or Regenerate, or a monitor is due.
- Lower monitor frequency in Settings, Agents, Monitors.
- Use the light tier for chat if you mostly ask quick questions.
Plans
Free is $0, Starter is $49 a month and Pro is $99 a month, with a 14 day Pro trial and no card. Each plan has plain monthly limits per agent and an AI spend cap per workspace, and every plan runs on Thig's own AI keys. See pricing for the exact numbers.

Questions about this page
Do I pay for AI separately?
No. AI is included in your plan. The Usage page shows how much of your plan's allowance each website has used this period.
Why are some monitors skipped?
When a workspace reaches its monthly AI budget, scheduled monitors are skipped until the budget resets. The digest still runs because it uses no AI.
