Careers at Thig
Thig is a small team building an AI CMO for founders and lean marketing teams. We do not have open roles listed right now. If you build software, write about marketing or care about honest growth tools, send us a note with your work and we will keep you in mind.
How do we work?
Ship small, ship often
We prefer a working change this week to a perfect plan next quarter.
Honest by default
No invented numbers in our marketing, and no surprises in the product. If something is not built, we say so.
Customers in the loop
Everyone talks to users. Feedback decides what we build next more than any roadmap.
Written over meetings
Decisions are written down so anyone can catch up without a call.
Careers questions
Can't find yours? Email hello@thig.ai and a person on the team will reply.
Not for specific roles right now. We read every note, and we reach out first to people who have written to us when a role opens.
What you have built or marketed, links to the work, and what you would want to own at Thig. Short is fine.
