Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to anyone accepted into the Thig affiliate program. Your written acceptance email sets your commission rate and payout schedule, and it forms part of this agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, able to receive payments and approved by us in writing. We may decline or end any application at our discretion.

2. Referrals

A referral counts when a new customer signs up through your link and starts a paid plan. Self-referrals, existing customers and accounts created to earn commission do not count.

3. Disclosure

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission wherever you share your link, following the rules of the platform you use and the advertising law that applies to you.

4. Prohibited promotion

• Bidding on the Thig brand name or close variants in paid search
• Spam, unsolicited messages or posting links in communities that forbid them
• Misleading claims about features, results or pricing
• Coupon or cashback sites unless we agree in writing

5. Payouts

Commissions are calculated on payments we actually receive, after refunds and chargebacks. Payout timing and minimum amounts are set in your acceptance email.

6. Ending the agreement

Either side can end the agreement by email. Commissions earned before the end date under these terms are still paid. Breaking these terms ends the agreement and any unpaid commission from the breach.
