By accessing or using AI PRD Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI PRD Generator is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) through conversational interfaces. The Service includes project management, document generation, and export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not use another user's account without permission
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to the Service with usage restrictions as specified on our pricing page.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including PRDs and project data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Dodo Payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
