Instead of staring at blank documents, you simply describe your product idea and our AI guides you through the process, asking smart questions to ensure nothing is missed.
How does the AI conversation work?
You start by describing your product or feature idea in plain language. Our AI then asks targeted follow-up questions to understand your requirements better - things like target users, success metrics, edge cases, and technical constraints. Based on your answers, it generates a structured PRD with user stories, acceptance criteria, and more.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Thig.ai?
No technical knowledge is required. Thig.ai is designed for product managers, founders, and anyone who needs to document product requirements. The AI handles the technical structuring while you focus on describing what you want to build.
How long does it take to create a PRD?
Most users complete a comprehensive PRD in 15-30 minutes, compared to 4-8 hours for manual writing. The AI conversation is efficient and focused, ensuring you cover all necessary aspects without wasting time on formatting or structure.

Can I create custom templates?
Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans allow you to create custom templates with your own sections, prompts, and formatting. You can also submit templates to our marketplace to share with the community.
What export formats are supported?
You can export PRDs to Markdown, PDF, and DOCX formats. All plans include Markdown export, while PDF and DOCX are available on Starter plans and above. Enterprise plans also get API access for custom integrations.
Can I edit the generated PRD?
Absolutely. After generation, you have full editing capabilities. You can modify any section, add content, or continue the AI conversation to refine specific parts. The PRD remains a living document you can update anytime.

Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 3 PRDs per month, basic templates, and Markdown export. It's perfect for individuals exploring AI-powered PRD creation or occasional use.
What's included in paid plans?
Starter ($19/mo) includes 10 PRDs, 5 team members, and PDF export. Professional ($49/mo) offers 50 PRDs, 20 team members, all templates, BYOK support, and advanced analytics. Enterprise plans include unlimited everything plus SSO, audit logs, and dedicated support.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Team & Collaboration
How does team collaboration work?
Team members can be invited to your workspace where they can create, view, and edit PRDs based on their assigned roles. Real-time collaboration allows multiple people to work on the same document simultaneously.
What roles and permissions are available?
We support Admin, Editor, and Viewer roles. Admins can manage team members and settings. Editors can create and modify PRDs. Viewers have read-only access. Enterprise plans include custom role definitions.
Can I share PRDs with external stakeholders?
Yes, you can generate shareable links for any PRD. You control whether the link is public or requires authentication, and you can revoke access at any time.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 compliant cloud providers, and we conduct regular security audits.
Do you train AI on my PRDs?
No. Your PRD content is never used to train our AI models. Your data remains private and is only used to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is Thig.ai GDPR compliant?
Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant. You can request data export or deletion at any time. We also offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for Enterprise customers.
Do you support SSO?
SSO (SAML/OIDC) is available on Enterprise plans. We support integration with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and other identity providers.
API & Integrations
Do you have an API?
Yes! Our REST API provides 130+ endpoints for programmatic access to PRD creation, management, and export. API access is available on Starter plans and above, with higher rate limits on Professional and Enterprise plans.
What integrations are available?
We're actively building integrations with popular tools. Coming soon: Slack, Notion, Jira, Linear, GitHub, and Confluence. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations.
Can I use my own API keys (BYOK)?
Yes, Professional and Enterprise plans support Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for OpenAI and Anthropic. This gives you full control over AI costs and allows use of your enterprise API agreements.
